On the first day of Christmas in June.....

my true love said to me.....Stop by Kitchen Sink Stamps for their 15% off sale....Just kidding!
Here is a simple card I created for the Christmas in June sale. I used Playful Christmas.

I started with a single piece of textured wasabi (4.25x5.5). I took a standard A-2 enveloped and folded it in half. The images were stamped on the envelope, the back part attached to a piece of real red cardstock. Prior to attaching, I used the slit punch to create a notch to hold the envelope closed.

I put a celery brad inside the slit semi circle. I placed a gold button atop the largest tree with a dimensional and used some Amuse Card Candy (red) atop the two small trees.

Here is the card opened. You can stamp on the inside of the envelope as well. I used certainly celery, real red and wasabi ink for the card.

This is the gift card holder opened. Just tuck in a small gift card (Starbucks, Borders) and give to your favorite teacher, bus driver, Blog banner creator (LOL).

You've been tagged (see my blog)! And seriously, let's talk about that blog banner. I'm thinking something in shades of blues maybe, going with a rain theme.
