Our Craft Lounge Blog Candy {No Peeking}

Hello - I am showing the Our Craft Lounge Sketch Challenge 27 for today's blog hop/blog candy give away. Here is the sketch:
This is the card which I created with it (using Kraft, celery, artichoke, red and white cardstock). Punched snowflakes with stickles, a celery button and some red polkadot ribbon complete the card. Main image (tag) is colored with copic markers, bling'd up with stickles.

Here is the set which is being given away on my blog (thanks to Our Craft Lounge for their generous donation):

  7. The "Mary Tyler Moorewear" I got one year for Christmas. A velour "lounging suit". It was horrible. And it was from my MIL so I had to just smile. Someday, ask me about the patent leather purse she got to go "with" it. LOL!

  10. I love these tags.

    My most embarrassing gift - I had just had a baby Dec. 20th and we were poor. I asked my dh for a nursing gown. Simple, right? Well, instead he got me this one piece (think Dr. Denton) pjs with a big zipper up the front, a hood and a place to stick your hands in the front. The worst part? It was a camel color, so I pretty much looked like a kangaroo! I hated it! He returned it and got a case of disposable diapers for me instead. Lovely, eh? Sometimes he hits a homerun, sometimes he strikes out! lol

  35. I can't think of one specific embarrassing gift, but my mom was good at buying us clothes that were out of style (things SHE liked) and we had to wear them. I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I never asked to return my clothes.

  37. Most embarrassing gift I ever received? Probably the long flannel nightgown made for me by my MIL when I was newly married. Long sleeves, high neck, long to the floor. I remember turning red when I caught my new hubby's eye!

  38. I know I am too late, but had to tell you how cute this set is! I didn't actually have an embarrassing gift, but a fellow coworker (teacher) did. She had received a gift from a student. We generally open the gifts up in front of the kids, so she did....and lo and behold, she held up a lacy nighty! Apparently, the dad must have picked it out! LOL!
