FS161: Vera

This week's featured stamper is Vera.

I loved her {true friend} card and had to make a birthday card for my God daughter, Meg.

Meg is a girly girl! She needs the pinks and the flowers -- so I used a wonderful Our Craft Lounge set to create this card. White base with pretty in pink (embossed with swiss dots) on the top, a strip of some Abbey Road papers on the bottom. The floral is scallop edge punched. The sentiment from {Big Birthday Wishes} in black on the green designer paper. The may arts ribbon compliments the green paper nicely! A smidge of caribbean under the pink circles picks up the hint of caribbean in the designer paper. I used the flower from {Say it Big} in black ink on pretty in pink paper. I used some copic markers on the flowers. In the center of each flower, I placed a hero arts pink gem. The three flower circles are raised on dimesionals.

Happy Birthday Meg!

Paper: pretty in pink, white, abbey road designer paper, caribbean

misc: hero arts gems (pink), dimensionals, punches (circle and scalloped edge), may arts ribbon, cuttlebug (swiss dots)
